You might want to check also IAFT. The International Academy of Film and Television, Film and Acting Schooli think ga offer pud ni sila ug photography class. correct me if im wrong.

i think nangita ang TS ug photog. school sa cebu lang. murag manila ra jud nag offer ug 4 yr course.

kanang exposure sa sm 4 saturdays iya basic studio photography tag 1.5 hours and ang iya travel photography 2 sundays one from sunrise to 10am and the other form 3pm to sunset. after that they are always available for questions kai na a ra gud sila sa sm kanunay.
they also have their own photography club. also when you enroll you get a photographers discount price on prints.
