half-cooked rice
chicken broth
lemon juice
minced garlic
minced onions
small amount of oil
thin sliced carrots
salt
1. in a saucepan, heat oil, sautee the onions, garlic until golden brown. i like to add a pinch of salt while doing this. then mix the carrots and sautee for 2 mins.
2. in a bowl, mix the lemon juice and the broth
3. add the mixture in the saucepan and let it simmer; add salt depending on how you want it to taste(optional)
4. add the rice and let it cooked until the rice is cooked and there's no more water

@ wikki: dli xia fried rice.. dli man nimo xia e fried.. this is just regular steamed rice but w/ chicken broth.
