Setting Up a Virtual Host (XAMPP)

any1 knows how i could make used of my xampp? gusto lang ko instead of http://localhost/ i can used http://yourdomain.com sa ako local pc.. i check httpd.conf there certain line commented about virtual host but wala jud ko ka try nga ni work ako testing2x..

any1 can give me hint? or just instruct me how to used used this httpd.conf sa local pc? so that i can try sa ako stand alone nga pc? hehehehe

Open C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts and add a line like so:

127.0.0.1 yourdomain.com

thanx for your reply vern... yha ma browse na ang localhost using my alias domain.. the problem is i was expecting nga maka create ug virtual host sa internet using dynamic ip address if its possible

so i decided to used xampp apache para maka create ug web server locally is there anyway i could connect my domain padulong sa akong local web server am not sure if its correct term since i think xampp is stand alone lang hehehehe but any ideas??
