    Naka-sulod ko AMA, 2 sems.
    I forgot what year (2000-2001-2002-2003).

I am not sure sa programming but the accounting courses, my instructors sa AMA were great! I wish I could still remember the names of my teachers. I don't remember any need to study or any memorization.

The basic accounting courses, journal, balancing etc gamit jud diri sa ako work diri sa states. When I had my training here overseas, it was like refresher na lan kay basic ideas and terminology medyo familiar naman ko.

I know one or two products of AMA Programming.... they're in Singapore na. It seems mao na ang uso destination of AMA programming grads.

I think programming is not for everyone. Some people are natural. They only need the basic principles (mao na some instructors you may find nga lisud sabton, kay it's really tricky for the mind). Natural programmers don't even need to study. It's like an art of painting/drawing. Some people can, and some people can't.

When they choose programming, it enhances their abilities. But those who expect to learn the skills through going to school (universities or AMA), they'll have to work extra hard.

I suck at programming. It's never for me.

~I'm also a Carolinian. I would say na, medyo may edge ang studyante kun given na pud ang facilities and solid foundation sa school na iya pasukan. Of course, kun wala 'chure' ang student, wala gapon.

before ang start sa semster, naa man nay ihatag na course outline wherein nka list didtoh ang topics from prelim to finals. If interested ang student, he/she will formulate a question (based sa topic), gather data/information, analyze and understand the data, and maybe give inferences about it---that's researching

hmm, i agree na naa ra jud na sa student. Graduating from what you think is the best school gives you the upperhand but it doesnt mean you won't succeed just because your school is considered of poor quality. And IMHO, i dont think naay tao na bogo unless naa siyay mental retardation or problems. I think you just need to have the motivation and determination to be responsible and to focus on reaching your goals.

Barato ra ang AMA (Mandaue) compared to other big universities so maybe walay choice jud ang uban kundi mu-study dra due to financial constraints.

Kuan lang cguro, let's not generalize or stereotype others na just because they graduated in AMA mga wla sila nakat-onan and bogo ba ron or kay graduate ka ug USC (example ra ni) maayo na jud ka. All of us are unique.

    opinion ra ni nako ha...
