    Default is it healthy to do sauna everyday


    and do u need to rest for a while before taking a shower after sauna?

    actually sa europe ang sauna is after init kaau then direct to cold water.......lami kaau ang feelings after.......

    not sure if everyday sauna is OK.....

    i got addicted to sauna kay naa mn hot action(s3x!) kay kasagara maghubo mn! ; )

    yes, its okay as long as you limit to 15 to 20 mins per dayand you drink plenty of water. too much pud could burn your skin and make you dehydrate

    Sauna just forces you to sweat, so kinahanglan lang ka nga mag-cgeg hydrate.

This also makes your immune system stronger because it is getting practice at healing your body, and it also start making more white blood cells, interferon, and antibodies.
