you can extract sunflower oil by distillation or just crush them,boil and let the oil water settle,use syringe to take oil out, or put them in the fridge,water settles down so just take oil on the top, you can also cold press them with a hydraulic jack presser,tried it before. it works well for avocado oil used for carrier oil.
