no offense at PLDT but i was having a hard time diagnosing problems to our clients regarding remote viewing of their cctv cameras.. all of the clients who experience these problems are pldt subscribers.. damn was these some sort of coincidence or my theory was right that they were having connectivity problems..If so have you done any steps to solve these one? may you share it? ive already tried calling them but its 2 weeks already and none of them showed.. sigh..
