Hello Rocky,

We have a partner caterer, Silver Spoon, who can do the catering for your event. Their rate is at PhP 180.00 per head for a minimum of 60 participants. This is a buffet set-up with 5 main courses, dessert and salad. If you have your own caterer, we can also have them here at no corkage fee.

With regards to the discount, please call 232.8888 and look for Apryl, as she's the one handling Penthouse sales for private parties.

Tip: If you really want to save, you can probably have the first few hours with AC and the remaining hours without AC. Anyway, this is during night time and it is an open area so it's not that hot (Penthouse is at the 6th floor). The night breeze will cool the place. If you want, you can schedule a visit here so you can view it for yourself.

You can also get more participants to divide the costs, look for sponsors, etc.

P.S. Since we can also use this as marketing for our Penthouse, maybe we can work out something. If you can present to us a formal proposal with everything ready (theme, decor, no. of attendees, food, activities/programme), maybe we can also make it into a partnership event, and we can give you a few hours for free. HOWEVER, I will still discuss this with our Sales Team Leader. Make the proposal as 'major major bonggacious' as possible. Just don't get your hopes up, as everything is still subject to approval.
