interesting thread... and replies... im actually not familiar with INVESTING in stocks... mangutana unta ko... how will you know how much the market price for a certain stock of a certain company and how much minimum share that i need to purchase?... i've read it somewhere here sa net that you need to multiply the board lot of a certain company by its market price to get an estimated amount on how much a share would cost... but then, when i tried to check sa PSE nga website, di man ku kasabot unsaon pag.read ug aha ngadto ang market price and board lot value... wa pud ku khbaw aha didto ang magdetermine pilay minimum board lot aku i.aval... hope someone could help me... thanks!

In my opinion, stocks are dangerous and stressful if you don't know what you're doing. But if you are willing to spend the time and money to study on it then you can minimize risk and then it can be profitable in the long run. If you're not ready to study better let others invest for you so you can see a bigger picture. And once you're ready, then study and invest on stocks on your own.
