At first find for a job and learn how your current company works.
Venture into part time long-term business, learn how money works and save to invest.
If your business income goes twice as much of your current salary, then have a fulltime commitment with your business. Develop first your people skills, meet a lot of people, contact, make presentations and close a deal. Stretch your vision, imagine if you can have 1% of the market Share just in Cebu alone. Build and duplicate people and dominate the market.
