to the newly weds and soon-to-be parents... next stop ninyo kay educational planning... as for your insurance, might as well get one that is not an employee benefit... kay what if ni-balhin ka ug company, then you are at risk during those times nga naghuwat ka nga maka-avail sa imong employee benefit... just an advice... but to what you're currently doing, KUDOS TO YOU MGA BRO! keep it up!
@ honey: i think ur ryt.. so how will the employees now go about ds? should they say, "Hey boss, stop deducting my salary w/ the insurance coz i wont be enjoying it if ill go out. I'll jz get insured myself."

right now bro, I have so many plan like the first that I have mentioned in your thread about real estate broker and also I'm considering trading stock market. having a family soon, puhon pa jud, makes me dream more. before I'm afraid of risk but things slowly changing now. I must face risk and learned new things. this is not just for my benefits but for my family puhon...
amen.. medyo na taas da...hehehe
A good business can operate without your presence. Maximize your income generated asset.
@cirext - no... maximize your employee benefits, but that should not make us be relaxed enough nga magsalig ra ta sa gihatag sa company... if you think about it, dili baya na enough ang benefits sa company... you can still supplement it w/ additional coverage... pasalamat ka dapat nga naa ka ana nga benefit, kay ang uban, wala jud... even if you have to shoulder a little bit of the cost, the returns that it can give you is 100x or even more of what you originally put in... before questioning the price you have to shoulder for the benefit, think of things you'll be getting in return should the need arise... ako mismo, pasalamat ko sa health insurance benefit from my hubby's company... but that doesn't mean nga magsalig ra ko sa benefit... i still supplement it w/ a personal coverage...
