^^because i believe that every citizen has the right to learn and is capable of giving first aid sa mga nanginahanglan. maskin pagkuha og BP ky sayun ra jd kaayu na. one need not to be a nurse or naa ka sa medical field in order to provide immediate care.

true! and its like helping in our own little way.. but back to the thread, with or without the volunteers, we still need ERUF. for me they are the fastest to respond during emergencies. Originally Posted by vahnhelsing

tinu-od! naa ko friends who used to be volunteers sa ERUF. and one time sad naka panawag mi ug ERUF kato naay emergency sa balay. abot daun oi! wa juy langay langay. they're like rescue 911.. pero mas taas taas lang to ang 911..
