What are the effects of termination from a previous job if you already have a new job

Ako before ni resign ika upat gani ko nag ask og coe sako previous company then naka dawat jud ko og 4 ka copies coe w/ different dates when ko nag request.... ang reason lang ato kay loan churva purpose or nahan lang ka ma aware pila imo annual churvaness salary.... It's ur right, kaya gani coe nag pa matuod nga nag work ka ana nga company ma terminate/resign or whatsoever (pangutana lang sa hr f unsa ila pamatakaran)....

did you submit resignation letter before u left the company? if not then your previous company will not issue a CoE for you. you must return all your accountable with them. they might think you will use it specially the ID in other means. the reason why they issue a notice for termination is to be sure they will not liable of what will you do against them. better to ask your immediate supervisor about your situation now for him/her to explain the HR or you may write an explaination letter cum resignation. better to be safe, terminated employee from previous company is a demerit when evaluation come in your probitionary period or even in your promotion. good luck....

Yup.. I submited it before they served the notice to explain and the notice of termination.. But I don't know if that was filed by my supervisor. Coz maybe nasuko to sya kay wala ko mananghid..

yes, ayaw sad isuwat ngadto nga gi-terminate ka. for example, this was your first company then your current company is your second company kung mangaply pa ka sa imong third company dili naman na sila mangita ug COE sa imong first company unless kung gipangayo jud. Based on my experience kay 7th company naman ni nako, wa man sila nag-ask sa akong 5th until first company nako. wa man gani sila nag-ask sa ako jud previous (6th) company nako.

I have learned from my mistakes from my previous job.. BUT i'm not sure if the department of my previous employer also learned from their judgmental mistake when they immediately terminated my employment because of the mistake I made which I believe gamay ra kaayo to.

kung strict ang employer its either iterminate or dili ka irregular coz they might think namakak ka/fraud or tngali buhaton sad nimo nila imo gibuhat sauna.

since dugay nman ka nila, bsan dili nimo sila ideclare macheck japon na ang past employers thru sss contributions.
