i have nothing against muslims... but they do have this very odd way of treating their women like animals. the thought just sickens me. i see not purpose of having them so wrapped up. and some even prohibit their women in wearing make up... hahay

I think it needs better and in depth interpretation,
I do not think that it flourish because of violence and sacrilege.
Perhaps there is another term of killing,
maybe it donotes killing evil deeds and unfaithful deeds.IMHO
