John says being good at drawing/sketching doesn't make you talented. I think it is talent, as skill is something ANYBODY can master. What do you think?

hmmmm... if it's a nice drawing, then it's skill but if it's a beautiful drawing, then that's talent.
so we're talking about standards here, whether a drawing is beautiful or not?
kadyot lang, sayon raman tingali ma-trace kung maayo nga pagkadrawing, d ba?
i'd say it's a talent. pa-draw-winga gani ang bata nga edaran 3 or 4 years old, dinha makita ang talent. it's up to that child to finetune his/her talent later on in life.
hmmm...
i'd say it's hardwork and devotion..
you may not have the talent or skill.. but with hardwork and being devoted may surpass talented and skilled person..
skill with a lot of hardwork and determination to improve ones work..and that person works with much passion sa field..
id say 2% talent, 2%skill and 96% hard work/practice
but since practice results to skill, so 2% talent, 98% skill.
talent - if it is something innate..skill - is something acquired or learned. A 3 y.o. boy has a talent for drawing even if others deem it as mundane BUT such can be honed through constant practice and experimentation to greater level may eventually become skills.
First, you have to practice to have a skill. Once the skill is well developed, it would become your talent.
let's see, i like drawing. i do doodles most of the time when im bored. the same way my classmate pag highschool does... both of us took interest sa drawing really. same passion sa xmen, spiderman, witchblade, etc.,
the difference, mag pila ka years nag sige mi og drawing sa highschool days.
he had this comic-like drawings. grabe ka nindot! talent jud niya really. unya gisamotan pa jud sa iyang eagerness (attitude) to draw, paksit! yano yanohon lang ang himo2x og mga 1page comics. unya ako, na left out. poor me. sige lang kabaw man gihapon mo drawing. dili lang kaau nindot.
