    when I was still enrolled at Holiday gym, our instructor was fond of teaching ashtanga and I liked it too. I think she is also connected with citi gym (sa waterfront?). Would like to practice yoga again but afraid cause it hurts my knees and might not be able to perform my pilates exercises properly.

    "Hi. Try free saturday yoga 8 am. Korean instructor, good english. Beginner's yoga. "

    ther is a regular yoga class at ayala citysports club every wednesday and friday 7-8am and i think also 7pm evenings. The teacher is trained and certified too. Just call citysports for more details.

    already had 2 free sessions @ yoga nightly, one w/ the korean instructor and last sat w/ miss jean. Free yoga is every sat at 8am. its really refreshing. if you dont have mats yet, they will provide. but of course, if you are already serious w/ it then it is best to buy your own mat! will be going again tomorrow, hope to see new faces!

    i was wondering what type of yoga does the well being studio is teaching. I use to go to yoga one and took ashtanga for 6 months. I really liked it. Do they offer ashtanga? or hatha, i've been meaning to learn that too.

    naa pa ni ilang free sessions sa yoga nightly? nahan ko ani dah..pero layo lang sa amo woie..consolacion man jud ang amo

    kita kog banner sa salinas bago lang, free yoga akng nakit-an pero wla ko kabasa tarong ky nagsakay kog jeep. naa pa ni free class karon?

    Up ta ani beh. Kay plano nako mag-sugod ug calming exercises like yoga starting January. So far kumusta na ang experience sa mga nakatry sa Lahug? 50 pesos gihapon? Kay ako lang jud ni i-mata ug sayo basta Sunday, bahala na ug gikan pako Pardo. hehehe

    Mu-quit na guro ko ug fun-run2x oi kay according sa blood type diet, A+ people should not do strenuous exercises like marathons. tsk, tsk.

    almost 3 months nako wala niadto sa lahug but i still get text updates from miss jean of yoga nightly about sa sunday yoga nga 50 pesos; kana sad usahay naa free sessions sa saturday. basak, pardo pud ko mogikan every sunday morning katong nag-attend pako. wala man kaayo traffic on a sunday, so dali ra maabot.
