It could be that he is just trying to reach out his people through internet. And it could be he is not the one who wrote it personally.

he took full responsibility of what had happened bro, we'll just have to allow him enough time to clean up this mess and just to give you an update in case you don't know they have formed investigative panel for the ultimate purpose of determining who are accountable, that report will be submitted this friday which includes the name of the officials and journalists to be sanctioned, so i rest my case...
