its actually working specially sa mga old devices but now we seldom use "grandpas" tv so useles ra na magpalit. most electronic device now are energy efficient so better buy those devices in the future if your serious in saving power.

If your devices use modern technology ( year 2002 and above ) then theres no need for power saving devices as these devices are already optimized to use lesser power.. take a good exmple with airconditioners and refs they get more power and consume lesser electricity

the those devices im refering to are not the "power saving devices" but im rather refering to the "energy efficient" devices.
