mmmmm... mejo disagree ko ani. kay ako use now is a Neo Laptop na 2008 release pa. Celeron M (1.6 Ghz ang processor) lang sya and 1GB lang memory kay mao lang iya maximum supported na RAM but, kusog man dagan ang Windows 7 (32bit).

may it requires to upgrade the bios firmware of the mobo to support higher ram than can be viewed or display on system properties...

i guess windows 7 <32bit> can run on a 1gb memory..

Im sorry but i agree with coppermine. I was able to run and install win7 using Celeron and 512mb but it was slow and CPU and Ram usage was always maxed out. Also, i think if the system only reads 1gb then it will also only take advantage of 1gb like 32bit can only read and use up to 3gb even if you put 4gb. It defeats the purpose of maximum support if anyone can just exceed it. Think about it....
Suggestion lang sis, why dont you just remove the other 1gb and sell it separately so you can sell your laptop at a lower price faster. There are a lot of takers for 1gb DDR sodimm also, win-win situation for you right?

o, masuko man diay ug ma komentaryohan ug unsy sakto.. we have to lay down the true facts here in istorya, if you want to be a reliable and trusted seller.. we have to be open to constructive criticism to our fellow istoryans (since we are one community here) .. dli ka angay masuko if youll learn something factual out from your fellows here, instead you have to be thankful.

how would you feel if you have bought a laptop here in istorya that is advertised to be running under a 2gb memory, but in the end, youll find out that the actual performance is only 1gb.. how would you feel?
