sure ka muresign na gyud ka bro? After na raba Camp Sykes and Pet Club daw sa Sykes...just crossing my fingers para madayon na gyud ni bah

@simonjed: di pa nila ihatag dayon, dugay kaau cla mucompute, ambot ngano. pagtawag nako yesterday kay ang front desk ang nifollow up para nako nya cya ra sad nie-mail sa in charge para emailan ko kun kanus-a ang release date sa check kay 7/29/2010 pa man diay naabot sa accounting ang computation sako last pay, gi-CC man ko nya, until today wa ko nadawat nga email from accounting. huwaton sa nako ug mga 2 ka adlaw basin diay nag-leave. ahak na lang

pero kahibaw naka pila imo madawat mam? naa ba prorate sa 13thmonth? or pure last pay lang?

In defense lang sad sa accounting dept., the computation is done in HR Manila not in Cebu accounting, maghuwat ra ang accounting sa computation from HR Manila and it would take less than two weeks to process your check.

dako gyud diay ang stud...taga asa man ka nagpastud? naa ko lab before but namatay lang 4 mos old pa to kay na parvo then distemper after two weeks of recovery...sayang gyud kaayo to siya.....

actually, sa akong nahibaw-an ha...it will take about 2-3 mos for the last pay to be released for the reason nga ala gyud makalimtan ug apil....kay if dali-on then naa diay mga delays nga incentives or something, dili dayon maapil....just my two cents.

Kanus-a man diay ka ni-resign? Kung June ka ni resign, it would take 2-3 months (maximum ang 3) para lang sa computation, for sure ang imong computation kay naabot jud na August or early September sa Accounting dili July. It's better mo-follow up ka mismo sa accounting jud kay naa na silay updated list. Ang accounting man mismo maoy maghimo sa updated list.

13monthpay = total basic salary within the calendar year / 12

gkan na sa PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 851 hap, so research jud hehe ug as far as I know, sa release date na mismo ka makabalo pila imo madawat, pakit-an daw ka ug breakdown ug papirmahon ka nga once madawat na nimo ang check, wa na kay balikan sa Sykes

in short, if wa nimo tarunga ug tan-aw ang breakdown ug wa ka mangutana bahin sa mga dawatonon nimo, nya sayup, or kuwang ila ihatag, wa ka mahimo if mupirma na ka.

2 months processing jud na, ang six weeks ana kay from the date gi-forward imong clearance ngadto sa Manila apil na ang computation. ang remaining 2 weeks kay pagforward sa HR manila to Cebu accounting kay i-check na sa accounting an accuracy sa computation ug pa-signan pa man na imong check sa mga authorized signatories.
