i put this topic so people who are planning to put up a legitimate business would know and invest wisely......
if you go for franchise like julies bakeshop they make sure that there is no competition among the other branches...
but other business as pointed out will just grow anywhere.............
in my neighborhood alone there are 3 water refilling stations.....
2 laundry services.....
what I notice is, ang mga sweto mag negosyo mao jud maka una, daun makabantay na tanan.... LETS ALL JOIN THE BANDWAGON... pull out ang mga wise, pinatyanay daun ang mga nabilin, except lng katong mga gahi na jud kaayo. For example Internet cafe hehehe

i think copycat business are not that successful because of cut throat competition
you have to innovate to attract customers........
if you plan to enter into a copycat business you should make sure you have something to offer compared to the competition..... or else your business is more of a generic type....
ang thirsty was an original concept, now, you see a couple or more stalls with the same idea. it's always ok kung orig and practical imong business... :mrgreen:
