    sakto kaayo ni. it becomes a liability kung di jud ma open minded ang tao.
    so ako karon defensive jud but I always keep an open mind kay daghaaaaan kaayo opportunities ma miss kung dili.

    That's one point. Another is that it has become the norm of today's society. Have you ever noticed that what we see in media, hear from people, or even remember are the negative things? According to statistics we are bombarded with an average of 20,000 negative things, news, stories, images on an a daily basis.

    not all TS.. it really depends on one's outlook.. akong binuangan uban close friends nko nga negative thinker.. ako cla ingnan nga cguro you had an unhappy childhood.. hahaha harsh ra keu na term... but in a way mao na kay these are messages that you learned when you were young. you learned from many different sources including other children, your teachers, family members, yaya, even from the media, and from prejudice and stigma in our society.... thinking, emotions, and behaviors intertwine very closely and each can change the others.. optimism improves your social life and motivates you to never give up, which turns failures and setbacks into comebacks and successes.... your thinking habits can make your life a heaven or hell...
