you won't have a warranty locally, only in the US. that's the risk of buying from abroad except on items where they offer int'l warranty. if you want one with warranty, buy what is available locally from an authorized dealer.

so far, i bought few stuffs abroad, wala paman nagpa buang-buang.

but if your budget is around US$150 or less, you can get the likes of fliphd, kodak zx-8 or playsport, samsung, jvc & etc.

i own a kodak playsport, its 3 meters waterproof.
