Turkey is surprising! Naa pa kahay mabilin ani nila versus USA?

Team Turkey features 4 NBA players, 2 forwards and 2 Centers(6'10 Eryan Ilyasova of the Milwaukee Bucks, 6'10 Hidayet Turkogku of the Phoenix Suns, 7'1 Semih Erden of the Boston Celtics and 7'0" Omar Asik of the Chicago Bulls). The core of their team are made up of players from TBL's Efes Pilsen.

6'7 Cenk Akyol was also drafted 59th overall by the Atlanta Hawks in 2005 but has seen limited minutes for Turkey in the Worlds. Oguz Savas, them Turkish youth team's best player is also seeing limited minutes but his size should be put to good use against team USA(he is 290 pounds and 7 feet tall). 6'4 Sinan Guler, TBL MVP is also a guy to watch, mao ni ilang timon

Stats-wise dili kaayo dako ang difference. Turkey is a better shooting team from the field and especially from long distance(43.2 3pfg% versus the USA's 39.2%). However Turkiye is shooting bricks from the line, only 59.2%(USA is at 73.5%). All other stats are pretty even, except lang sa point production and steals(advantage for USA). On the other hand, less TO's for Turkey but not by a mile.
