Pwede man mo offer ang aboitiz land ug lot exchange. instead of that first lot nga na.usab ang area, they can exchange it to an new lot which is same area and same prize lang. . pro kung di jud mosugot ang imng frnd. U can consult it to a lawyer nga sweto sa real estate. like atty. pintor and atty. argawanon (wala ko nag advertise nila ha. heheheh. mga sweto lang ni sila, proven nah)
