it doesn't affect the personality i guess. but eating balot can show what kind of personality u have. i noticed people who eat balot are funny and outgoing and wacky. everyone always have a good time while eating balot. funny and far out conversations with everyone who's also eating including the tindero/tindera is one thing that makes balot-eating exciting.
