i agree.. the environment is not conducive for learning. during classes hours, they shouldn't allow other students to stay outside the classrooms where there is an ongoing class. sus grabeh, dagko kaau ug mga tingog, kusog kaau mangatawa to the point na dili naka madungog sa imo instructor especially if sa likod ka naglingkod. i remembered when i was still with usc-main campus, strict kaayo sila when it comes to this. kasab.an jud ka sa teacher if mag saba2 ka outside sa classroom.

and also, when it comes to minor subjects, ang uban teachers dili tiwason ang time, mo dismiss ug sayo. but there are also teachers nga maayo jud..
