    karun baboy n mn ko, pero when I was in college, i always get compliments sa akong abs. I do crunches every morning before I take a bath. Ana lang. It will take 2 months or more para ma-toned imo muscles dha oi, it wont take a night lang..patience lng TS

    How to get lean abs (eventually):

    1. There is a thing called Body Fat Percentage, most people are in the 20-25% range (like me lol), people who do a lot of cardio and hit the gym have below 20%, the ideal body fat percentage for showing off abs is about 12-15%. The best way to get rid of fat (and not muscle) is not to starve yourself but to go on a a proper diet (eating healthy, less fats, less salt, lessen carbs) and to do cardio (jogging, running, cycling, skip rope, swimming), there is just no better way to lose fats. Pero that low Body Fat % would be useless if wala kai abs underneath sa tambok so....

    2. Build your core muscles. Not just your abdominals, kai ang abs are actually nipis ra kaayu nga part sa imong core muscles ug dili kaayu na xa mu.show jud unles it is pressed against sa imong skin, you have to develop all your core muscles (internal and external obliques and your transverse abdominals) to do this search core exercises on youtube. daghan kaayu nag mang.gawas bro. Do 2 exercises per muscle group, but make sure you schedule it properly cause...

    3. It takes time, so be patient, but don't do the exercises daily. More Exercise days per week does not equal faster mu-develop ang abs. Working the same muscle group daily will fatigue the muscles and eventually result in muscle loss/atrophy. Give your muscles 1 day to rest and you will see results. Do your exercises Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, do your cardio in between and rest on sunday.

    In summary:
    1. CARDIO
    2. WORK ALL YOUR CORE MUSCLES
    3. REST

    It will take some time, but they will eventually show up. have fun and hope this helped!
