i understand your stand with regards to value of life. pro kon ang ilang recklessness maka cause lang pod og accident sa imoha its much better kon imo na lang gyod atubangon.

However, the witnesses and the skid marks from their bikes couldn't lie... A noticeable skid marks 44FT from the point of impact. That is safe enough for them to notice me at full stop, a signal light blinking, and yet they still rammed the car badly...
That's the problem with our culture here, nobody ever wants to admit they are wrong even though it's already obvious. Dili jud mo take responsibility inya mamakak dayon. If he was drunk, their testimony is trash.

    Mao jud lagi bro...

Yesterday, when we were in the police and I told my side of the story... The involved parties agreed with what I have been telling... Of course they can no longer deny since I have invited the witnesses including two Tanods in the station to verify my story..

Though, they are very apologetic and nice people, but what makes it funny now, is giving the color of my car (BLACK) the reason why they haven't notice me at all. I told them, I have a set of parking lights, a signal light blinking, and a third brake light lighting up during that moment...

Probably it has to do something with their reflexes considering they were drunk that time... Their brains could not react quickly anymore due to alcohol influence...

Like I said earlier, this story might happen to some of us here... We should call out the motorcylce riding community to be more responsible, more cautious, and always practice defensive driving...

We istoryans should someday organize a gathering, a parade or any activity to raise awareness on defensive driving not only to motorcycle clubs but to all car clubs pud!!!

It's better if the LTO does its job and implements driving exams instead of being corrupt and giving licenses to bad drivers. Appealing to motorcycle community to drive properly is like appealing to squatters to stop stealing land
