si michael jordan pud suki sa mga draft busts. kwame brown and adam morrison are jordan's picks.

    my top 5 draft busts:

    1.) darko milicic
    2.) sam bowie
    3.) kwame brown
    4.) larue martin
    5.) michael olowakandi

^^ Nindot ang article about Sam Bowie. The details were plotted thoroughly why Portland picked him at No. 2 instead of Jordan and why he struggled in his career as a pro.

tnx ironman- dara man diay na oe, , sakto sad ang article, ky katong panahona jud prime pa ni clyde drexler. .and sakto sad nga wala ta kahibaw sa future jud, he might be healthy today, but how bout tomorrow? . .

unfair pod sa part ni sam bowie ! ! BTW,how do define draft bust? injured man gud ni isssue ani. unlike kwame nga, wala jud na improve. .

until now gane, dle ko mka consider ni greg Oden na bust, ky tungud sa iyang injury. .

Kwame was the Biggest Bust. (Nakalimot ko sa Pick sa Portland years back that was a Bust also)

sounds like the same justification why kwame brown was picked over pau gasol or pervis ellison over glen rice, tim hardaway, and shawn kemp.

the most concrete definition that i could come up with is that a highly considered draft pick failing miserably to live up to expectations and (making it worse), a lower drafted player coming up with a much more stellar and rich career. it's the other end of a draft steal.

daghan kaayo ug reason ngano mabust ang usa nga player. it could be injuries, failing to play well and reach expectations (labi na sa mga top picks), or simply not fitting well into the team system. it's more like a chance that slipped. mathematically, ang team nga naay top pick, dako gyud kaayo ug chance nga makakuha sa mga nindot kaayo nga player. kung naay top pick ang usa nga team, ang kuhaon gyud ana is ang player nga naay pinakadako nga potential nga mahatag or macontribute sa team. it's either a team looking for a franchise player (for rebuilding teams) or teams looking for key pieces or aspirants with the best potential to suit their needs (example ani kay greg oden over kevin durant).

in the long run, kaning mga top picks maapsan sa mga lower picks. darko milicic was thought nga limited sa detroit kay naa ang duha nga wallace but still didn't do much sa orlando, new york, or minnesota. pervis ellison ug sam bowie were considered as busts because of injuries. statistically, ok sila but when injuries hit them their value went down the drain. kwame brown and michael olowakandi could be considered as the ultimate busts. both were picked by rebuilding teams so they had a great chance to prove themselves. both never had serious injuries but still played miserably. both are cases of expectations that weren't met.

daghan kaayo ug mga "what if" ug mga speculations but in the end, it's just looking at what these top picks have done in their careers. not on how good they were on college or how good they could have been kung wala nainjured.
