Canon 18-200 mm lens with IS for Rebel Xs/1000d

Im confused between getting a sigma or a cannon, but ive heard that canon has a better quality but freakin expensive.
Is it possible to such lens for 12,500 or less? Used ones of course. Even Canon EFS 18-135mm will do! Anyone?

Also dont mind buying any 18-100 plus mm lens from canon or sigma for the same or lower price. If anyone here knows of one or is selling one, maybe we can negotiate pud

hey thanks for the links. that's my brother's account as he is helping me find a lens and im still unable to post. ive recently just figured this whole istorya forum.
ive already checked those links and they're way beyond what i can buy.
i found some lenses that will suffice even the ones that ive been lookin for but:
1.) the 18-200 are way too expensive. and my budget is like below 12k. its exactly why im only buying used ones :c
2.) there are lenses below 10k but they're usually zoom lenses and im looking for an all around lens 18-200 or even 18-100 plus mm will do with IS below 12k
