i guess its in the approach lang siguro if u need something from them...

Sis unsa diay inyu (kamo mga medical intern) business with the OR nurses nga ma apektuhan man mo sa ila ka maldita?
mag assist ang intern ug minor, major operation same with the OR nurses? after which mag himo ang interns ug report etc? ... unya kinsa man inyu e hassle for the so on and so forth? di ba ang mga OR Nurses?

Unya daghan man sad interns na mga ungas... pa spoon feed. saputon gyud ang mga OR nurses. hehehe

Excuse me pero walay "business" ang medical interns with the nurses. We do not NEED anything from them. Dili mi mga student nurse na mag gukod2x nila mag pa sign ug PRC form. As far as I'm concerned it is the residents we answer to, not them. Pero unfortunately, kaning mga nurse mas hilas pa sa mga resident, grabe maka sugo. Hello para kay kinsa diay nang doctor's order na Monitor v/s q4h? Intern? I think not.

Unsay spoon feed? Spoon feed what exactly?? Spoon feed asa dapit naka butang ang mga IV solutions? Spoon feed mga sugo nila? Spoon feed unsa??

Hey, I have no qualms with being asked to do something. Basta ang resident lang ang mo sugo. Even if papaliton ko nila ug rice ug sud-an ,ok ra. Pero ang nurse, mang pasa ug trabaho nila sa amo-a? Thanks but no thanks. I did not spend half a million in tuition to be asked to do a nurse's job.

Again, dili tanan nurses ing-ani. I appreciate the nurses na mo tabang sa mga intern. They do exist. Pero mas daghan lang ang hilason, sad to say.

Damn straight we got nothin to do with them nurses!
over maka sugo as if sila ang naa right to boss us around. THEY DONT EVEN TEACH US ANYTHING, we learn NOTHING from them. all they do is boss aroud and makes demand theyre suppose to do themselves. HILAS. and abi nimo ug unsa ka stress?! like hello?! 8 hours?! try taking our job for one shift and youll see how 36 hours makes you feel like hell. di ba dapat kami ang mag sapot2x?!

and yeah, we are thankful to all those other nurses who treat us fairly.
Ana lang unta ba, tinabangay lang gud ta. pareha ra man ta tanan professional, nag trabaho lang mo kami nagtuon pa, yeah, but in 2 years time..kami doctor na..kamo, nurse lang ghapon, so dont treat us like were some kind of robotic *****s!

personally, i see nurses as equal co-workers..sad to say, most of them nurses see us med. interns as somekind of sulugoon..i believe we interns are the lowest forms of animals in the hospital, true, to doctors that is..we are the lowest forms of doctors..but never lower than the nurses to stop bullying us around!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

let me correct, i think it's their approach when they need something from us cause my dear, we RARELY need something from them. =)

And ang set-up pa gyud kay after a while wala na ang mga intern kay humana ang rotation pero ang nurse naa gihapon to deal with the new set of badlungon na interns. Mao siguro na maglagut na sila sa interns. Natural baya na sa tawo na ang negative maoy mu-stick sa ilang mind.

In SHORT: They're Shallow. Badlungon? i think bisan naa pa badlungon nga interns, ila man ghapon buhaton ila trabaho. and if naa man malditahon na interns i guess its because gina.unhan man gud pud sila, ug sa kato mga maldita na daan, i have nothing to say..ana na jud na sila. hahahaha. basta ang ako concern nga kaning uban nga mga nurses, wala nay gani lain gibuhat mag sige pa ug chismis, panlibak ug magtaray2x, mura mga tala. sige lang panawag kay to follow daw ang IV, igo pag lantaw nimu sa chart, terminate diay ang order! unya, naa sila karapatan mag demand ana?

Kami gani WALA sweldo, kami pa nag bayad ug dako kaayo sa school. and to think of it, amu gibayran sa school for the whole year dako pa sa ilang sweldo pud sa whole year.
