    PROVIDED mu inform cla para maka make pd ug move ang mga applicants, dili kay tawagan ka asking if available ka then wa diay klaro...

    observation lng ni ha? d pa gani empleyado, reklamo na, samot na cgurog madawat... and about transparency and professionalism, why would a company be transparent to someone na to begin with, they dont have business relations with? applicants are still prospects, prospects could be anybody and you cant just be transparent to just about anybody? right? and professionalism? the mere act of complaining about a company into a forum just shows the type of professionalism you have, so please spare the company of your grievances and d jud cila ang ngpakauwaw, as far as i know ang mga ahente na nagtrabaho dire wa juy reklamo sa ilang kinensinas na dawat and theyd go thru anything just to stay with the company, so you go figure.

    FYI, we are not just mere applicants who were given false hope, we already passed all levels of the recruitment process and done with the medical. The act of giving false hope to people who are really excited to work for the company is absolutely unprofessional. We are complaining because we have all the rights to complain and I'm sorry to tell that YOU cannot stop us from doing so. For us, this is the right place to air our grievances and disappointment against the company for this is a forum after all. Let me remind you that a forum is designed for all the people to interact and say what they want to say may it be positive or negative as long as cursing words are not used, so therefore you cannot question my being professional. Also, wala mi labot kon pila ang inyong gidawat nga millions as your salary because that's the least of our concern for now. One more thing, nagpaila lang gyud ka sa imong pagka nawong ug kwarta kay naghisgot gyud ka aning inyong salary and because of it you are justifying the mistake of the company.

    oh go on! im not stopping you, air it out and good luck sa inyong pag pangapply... like i said, observations lng kung unsa mo klasi na empleyado KUNG madawat man gani mo, puro reklamo, ang nawng puro nag mug-ot, kamu gud, dato man diay mo, wa mu nanginahanglan ug kwarta, hala ayawg pangaply, pakyawa ning forum ug AIR OUT, pagtagbaw...=)

    cge mo ug reklamo wa mo kahibaw unsay gi-agian sa mga taga recruitment na sayon ra kaau isulti na unprofessional cila... ikaw nlay pag recruitment, oh wait, d diay ka qualified... tsk3x...

    oi, wa na kay ika rebut na nay substance? ah, bantog ra wa ka dawata, ubos cguro kag qualifications, cge lng ana man jud na ang kinabuhi, usahay naa tas taas usahay sa ubos... pero ikaw naa jud kas ubos, ubos pas ilaga sa canal=)... kapoy diay pa xray ug pa medical noh nya wa tawagi?hahahaha kung nagtarong pkag eskwela, d unta ka ma ingon ani...hahaha gud luck!

    UP ko ani.. nyahaha! sakto jud ni..

    to others: ayaw dibdiba wui.. init ra kau mo ulo da.. chill lang.. daghan baya lain company diha, apply as much as u can.. kana para daghan mo options.. by the time na manawag ang vector nya wala pa moy trabaho, then para sa vector jud mo. if naa na, then di jud mo para sa vector..

    ako ni-agi man jud kog agent dinhi, wala man jud perfect company, naa man juy simang sa lain2x company.. what i can say is relax ang work and nice ang pay. di pareha sa uban call center nga mag maintain kag napulo nga metrics, nya strikto kaau ug rules.. dinhi kay ONLY ONE rajud ang pangayuon and i would admit nga pressure jud - no. of quality sales lang.. mao ra na ang pressure dnhi.. sa uban kay aside from sales, naa pa AHT, adherence, csat ug uban pang labad sa ulo like mga sub-metrics etc.. the other stats/metrics here are manageable.. baby company pajud kaayu ning vector, "hands-on" gani kaayu ang tag-iya sa pag handle dinhi.. he's got big plans for the cebu site pero HINAY-HINAY lang gyud siya..

    as for the hiring/ramping issues, sa ako lang nabantayan (no official info from mgt), will open new accounts BUT wala pay date when.. and the recruitment people are right, since wala pa may confirmation from the clients (nga maoy mga "gods" sa call center industry), wala lang sa nag set ug training date.. (take note: no official info from the mgt yet)

    basta mao ra to ha.. my point lang, dili ra vector ang company wui, daghan pa diha.. then if willing to wait mo, then wait lang sa.. if di gani, ngita lang sa lain work (wa ta kahibaw ma-happy diay ka sa lain company. hehe)..
