the best! I hope I can visit you someday bro. Kindly post the specs of the compressor as you have sent in my PM box. As well as the specs for the evaporator and etc.

naa ra bro, english version lang nako ni hehehe bisaya ko noh

For those of you guys who wanna try and build refrigerated casings, i can help you with the refrigeration side of it, im gonna post also all the materials ived used on my refrigeration casing.

1/8 horse power embraco compressor (EMI 45 HER) i extracted it from a junk 7 cu. freezer

5000 BTU Evaporator taken from a broken window type A/C

Small Refrigerator Condenser Fan taken from an old whirlpool no frost refrigerator

Cooler Evaporator w/ fan taken from a junk beverage cooler, this evaporator has 4 rows,
i only used the single row to
    achive a better suction temp.
    enough to cool the compressor
    windings while running the system

BC-3 capillary tube (Supco) 86 inches (218.44 cm.) this is the most important thing of all,
cause this part should be on a precise cut
to achieve the maximum life span of the compressor
and the efficiency of the refrigeration system,
too long or too short can be harmful to the compressor

134-a Refrigerant 30 PSI low side pressure, 150 PSI High Side

1/4 copper tubings i only used 4 feet of 1/4 tubes cause its only a back-to-back installation

Silver Rods 2 pieces, for soldering all the connections

1/4 Gate Valve w/ access valves 2 pieces, i extract this valves from a junk 9000 BTU split type A/C,
this one is important so that you can monitor the low side
and high side pressures, or to pump down the unit if you want it to be
transfered on an different location without loosing the refrigerant

Thermostat this part controls the inside temp. of the refrigerated casing,
without this part is also harmful to the PC inside, on my case
i only set it to 15 Celsius

Building this project is quite fun and challenging, specially to those refrigeration technicians out there (like myself), I will post also the current consumption (amperage) on my build, if you wanna make a more bigger system just PM me, send me your compressor size and the size of your condenser, ill give you the exact capillary tube length and size, thus saving all the hassles in calibrating it, the most important thing on building refrigeration systems are, if possible do not exceed the full load amperage of the compressor, Provide enough suction temperature to provide enough cooling to the compressor windings, most compressors nowadays are refrigerant cooled, it relied on the suction temperature to cool the windings inside, if you follow my simplified guidelines, i think you can build a perfect refrigeration system, no more trial and errors, This is a DUSTFREE PC, or if you want to upgrade another hardware, just take it out on the case and place the new one, no more hassles hehehehe

    DO NOT EXCEED THE FLA
PROVIDE ENOUGH SUCTION TEMPERATURE (5 celsius)
That`s it! (Consider it a perfect PC cooling system)

    220 volts A.C. 60 Hertz
    0.80 Amperes
Cycle times on idle 17 minutes
Cycle times on full load 33 munutes
    1300 BTU/Hour

ala ka nag problema with condensation sa sud sa imo rig ani br0? sick idea br0! I wanna do one but do you think its possible to make one that directs chilled air only into my rigs intake and radiator? I dun wanna put my entire rig inside a refrigeration unit.... ala na gyud lugar. ~_~
