check your budget bro.. kung wala gani ka sakto sa bala para sa gwapo nga camera bisag entry level lang nga second hand.. anha man gyud na magsugod ako gani ng sugod sa second hand nga entry level. nya nipalit ug brand new entry level ghapon hangtod karon newbie pako wla man koy budget palit ug gwapo gyud nga camera... paet... balhin nlang ko work ug technician sa coffee maker oy .... kay dagko ug igo

Ask lang ko TS since ingon man ka nga you're still a student, would this SLR be given to you as a gift from your parents/etc other than you or you're buying this straight from your pocket?

ahh..the XXD's sa canon apil ana. most nikon models naa man sa babaw ang display sa model. unsa diay advantage ana sir? forgive me for my newbie questions.

naay mga online shops diri nga less than 30K ra to nga mga model.. you might want to check buy and sell

1. it consumes less power than the big lcd screen at the back.
2. they say its faster/easier to view the details on the top.

IMHO... the back lcd is easier to view than the top lcd. I shoot, then just distance my camera away from me and look at the lcd. where as the top lcd, I need to lower my camera down to view the top. but this is subjective and depends on each user's preference.
