Yes bro, mao nay nag buhi sa akoang hardware business run, piso piso internet cafe, I used to own a cafe but apparently it was good at first then suddenly igo nalang ko mo bayad sa rent and utilities. So I decided to shift everything up to piso piso, and it worked, it earned, and I remove myself from paying rent and utilites, I saved almost 50K/month in that decision.
