Actually Interested pud ko sa business.. Naa na ko idea to go this business..

Master na nako ang color separation sa image (CMYK) and image processing.,

About naman sa supplier sa tshirt, Silk Screen, Garment Ink and etc., Naa ko nahibaw.an kung asa ka makakuha. Just PM me if you are interested or if ok sa imoha partnership..

Materials and Equipment:

1. Computer
2. Laser Printer (Use for printing of image to be exposed in silk screen).
3. Adhesive, Exposure Chemicals, CMYK inks, Squeegee, ETC..
4. Lawanet or Plywood (I will discuss it in personal).
5. Exposure Lamp (500W).
6. Hair Blowers (Heavy Duty).
7. Velum Tracing paper.

we started our printing business at 10K pud, 2 years ago. i admit we've made a lot of mistakes before but we're learning (and still learning until now!)

you have to know if you want to focus on customized printing (good for 1 pc shirts or small run orders) or silkscreen (good for bulk orders)

for customized printing, you will need a good heat press, transfer papers, and CISS printer (one with sublimation ink).

anyway, just go to tulco sa manila and they'll tell you everything you need. screens, squeegees, emulsion, paints, blower, maybe flash cure and plastisol ink if gnahan ka ana baga na print like most indie shirts (nick automatic). better join tulco seminars on screen printing para naa kay idea on the basics.
