Just came back to Singapore last night vie Cebu Pacific.

I did request to take a seat below 15th row and along the aisle.
Ang nahatag sa ako is 10D - emergency exit row.
Hamugaway kaayo. Nya ang middle seat is wala naglingkod.


ETA is 11:35pm.

Pero niabot mi at exactly 11:01 pm.
Not bad....
They are still on time for me.

Pagka-anindot jud unta kung on regular schedule pa lang na ila promo!
Pero sila ra jud nakahibaw kung kanus-a sila mag-promo.

Ang ato ra jud mabuhat is subscribe lang ta sa ila seat sale alert. Pero medyo delayed ila seat sale alert.

Ari nalang sa ako blog subscribe.
Ako nalang check para nimo. Libre man. Usually, mag-post na sila og promo a day before sa promo. Una kang makahibaw!

"Travel Fund"

Naa ko gi-palit na ticket last February for a flight in may. I did not get to ride because I was sick. I was able to cancel 2 days before my flight. Gi-butang sa travel fund akong refund because dili sila mu hatag ug cash refund. the travel fund is only valid for 60 or 90 days? Kung dili mo gamiton in that time ma-forfeit siya and you get nothing.

Lahi akong biyahe during that time. Walay destination na Cebu Pacific ga-agi. In short good bye P1,400++ . Isn't there something illegal about this?

You actually AGREED to it man. So i guess it is not illegal.
..."you agreed" i mean is pagpalit nimo sa ticket, naa didto button nga imo i-check before you can proceed - which signifies nga ni-agree ka sa fine print nga gisulat above ato.

And... yes, siguro, goodbye nalang to! Kay hapit naman mo-expire ang 3 months validity sa imo travel fund.

Or better yet, call then nalang to confirm things up.

Although i believe you have duly planned things up for your trip, dili man kalikayan ang mga unforseen and fortuitous events nga moabot - sama anang na-sick ka. Wala jud tawn master ana when it comes to unforseen and fortuitous events.

Just think of it this way.... maybe mas grabe ang effect if nipugos kay og lupad while your are sick.
P1.4k is too cheap compared to your health and safety.

You are still lucky, so to speak.

Nope I wanted my money back, they said they no longer issue refunds but put it in a travel fund instead. maybe because online ko ni-book but still I paid them. I told them I would not have minded waiting for a credit card refund but they said I had no other option.

BTW daghan horror stories trying to get a refund from CebPac.

Regarding sa "refund horror stories", tinood jud ni. Horror jud!
I was one of the horrified!
Anyway, i got it back man 9 months after man siguro to or 14 months bah to.
Arkanse pa kaayo sa long distance calls to their Makati Office.

Lessons learned: If booking online with CebuPacific using credit cards, ayaw jud i-cancell! If you think imo i-cancell later, ayaw nalang book! Tarunga jud og plano imo flights.
