Let us face it, dili jud ni siya ang ila best team (USA) na gipadala. Kulang pud sa experience ug chemistry.
Ang other teams naman naay mga superstars o nba Caliber or european star na wala sa ila team, kay wala ni apil or tungod sa injury like:
Manu- Argentina
P. Gasol, Calderon- Spain
Jasikivecius- Lithuania
Parker, Beaubois, Noah, Pietrus- France
Bogut- Australia
Ukor- Turkey
Yao- China
Udrih- Slovenia
Dirk, Kaman- Germany
...etc...etc...
in fairness kina Steve Nash dugay naman jud na siya wala ga apil, icluding Ilgauskas, etc
Pero ug i-compare nimo sila sa USA, mas obvious na mas dugay na sila ga play as a team. Despite ana team USA is still one of the favorite to win the Gold, that goes to show lang how deep ang talent sa USA sa basketball.Last edited by colby; 09-02-2010 at 03:42 PM.

been following TEAM USA.
Ang nakabati aning NBA 'superstars' like LBJ, KB24, DW3 and others is they take World Championships for granted. They Dont value World Championship as much as Olympics.
Mag-ilog na sila for Olympics, maglumba sad na silag back-out sa WC labig free agent sila. Mao na nga These Team USA playing in the World Championship are not so Strong. They Are Superstars "in thr making". Mga youngters. Si Billups ra gyud ug si Odom ang Gwang2x.
By the way, they will face Angola(rnd of 16 on Sep 6. 11pm PH time), If they do win...will face the Winner of Russia vs New Zealand.
In the Semifinals they will face winners of Either Lithuania vs China, Argentina vs. Brazil.
in the other bracket...which they will face in the finals (if kaabot sila) Serbia, Slovenia, Spain and Turkey.
