try to sleep during the day jud.. like baliha imo sleeping time.. for example, imo usual sleeping time is 11pm nya mata ka mga 9 or 10 am, then tulog ka 11 am .. it helps pud kana maggamit ka ana gani pang tabon sa mata ig katog nimo...
pero kung kuwang jud ka tulog, drink lots of water lang jud.. para nako di man maayo sige coffee kay mas sige nuon ka wiwi. once in a while, pag tindog sa imo cubie, makawala lagi na sa duka.
