hello!! this is Harj, anyway we are
looking for people who has call center
experience.Actually we tried to recruit
some newbies but it realy didn't work,
so currently we are looking for people
who sound confident over the phone and
is confident to face my boss during the
interview.

w/ the job, all you have to do is read
the script. we are calling people who
ordered some of our materials either
w/ real estate or online business.

you'll start w/ a base pay of 14,500
php, and you will also get 2000php on top
if you hit quota, you will aslo have 10%
for night differentials.

and for the commission scheme here's
how it works:

for a finance sale ( that means clients
are gonna put up a down payment ( $500- $1000)
and the rest will be paid monthly)

--you will get the exact amt in peso

ex for a $500 sale you'll get 500php

for a full sale ($3500 - $15,000) paid one time

---on your first 3 full sales on a weekly basis
you will get 1500php each, for the 4th 5th and 6th sale
on that same week you'll get 3000php each for
the 7th 8th 9th 10th sale and so on, on
that same week you will get 5000php each.

and the good thing about this....

the commission is given every after shift!!!!!!
