waste of money, i tried this before..naaah,nothing happend. it contains 30g of protein it costs around 900-1500 while buying chicken breast also contains 30g of protein can cost u less.. nothing beats real food bro. dont depend on weight gainers

if you want to try weight gainers, dont try appeton Php 1500 only 900 grams while Optimum serious mass Php 2000 (6lbs).. Im not advertising bro ah, just a friendly advice..
