You will be a tier 1 rep and if your cranking at least one Tier one conversation a day and pass it on to a tier 2 rep, you already hit your daily quota.

If the tier 1 conversation passed on to Tier 2 would go through a sale, you will get your commission.

For a full sale ($3000 - $15000) you will get 1500 php per sale and for a finance sale ($500-$1000) you will get the same value in peso. ( example $500 = 500 php)

and the most amazing part is that, spiffs are given every after shift.. so there's no worry of getting broke..
