bro, unsa diay setting anang day shot sa street ba nga mafocus ang motor while ang background kay blurred?

i'm thinking faster shutter speed say, 1/1600 then ang aperture kay largest aperture (smallest f#)? sakto ba bro? experiment ko 2m gud..

here's what I can share. murag paspas ra kaayo nang 1/1600. sa ako nabasahan bagayon nmo ang shutter speed sa imo subject.
