    no rice na tuod ko almost two months, pero mamawi man sd sa hinam-is. ahak na.

    ok ra akong nawng ug upper bod, akong lower lng kay dako.

    Diet alone won't work or give you lasting results. Diet PLUS exercise and maintenance of diet and exercise jud.

    There are many ways-- it depends on your body type (so you have low-carb diets or no rice, bread and pasta) or your blood type (so you have the blood type diet).

    for me, I'm around 5'8" and weigh around 105 to 107 pounds only...it's in minding what I eat. No rice, no soda, no tetra pack juices, no deep fried foods, no pork, more fish, more nuts (if you're not allergic to it) more veggies and fruits and a lactobacilli drink (yakult or Nestle probiotics). Everyday. No breaks. No excuses.
