lisud jud ning basta pride atong unahon oi. i think mao cguro ning g think sa mga pnp na why wala nila gigamit ang LRC. kai f ilang g gamit, mag mukhang kawawa sila. samot ka down ang tan-aw sa pnp hinuon. i think sa nahitabo is for the best na jud. kai f wala mahitabo ang kapalpakan sa pnp, dili makita sa ilang kaugalingun na dili diay kaya ang mga ningana na situation. i hope sa tragic incident will open doors for more improvement. this serves a lesson to all of us.

Fact : Si Mendoza ni release ug mga hostages. That is a positive sign for negotiators, meaning the man is willing to negotiate. Ang tawag ana gesture of good faith.

Per hostage account, Mendoza was rational until his brother was arrested. So the blame now shifts to the crisis management for reasons,

1. Failure to contain the crowd.
2. Regulate the media broadcast. (Taping should be allowed but not live broadcast, IMHO that is the best compromise)
3. Not putting all assets we have to gather intel, plan assault and negotiate.
