ide akong cd rom then sata akong hd
ang problema unsay settings sa bios para ma detect akong hd
kay di man gyud makita

suppose to be, wala... i default ra ang settings sa bios and mao na unta.
if d jud makita, try lang check sa bios if naka ENABLED ba ang SATA ports

Windows XP w/ integrated Service Pack 3 has built-in SATA drivers already. Samot na sa Windows 7, you are not suppose to encounter detection issues unless faulty ang HDD, luag ang cable etc.

idefault lang ang BIOS basin nahilabtan nimo ang "IDE Drive type" or something like that.
