Well explain first how discussing who could have done it better can help the discussion. Isnt it just speculation? But that noynoy is the president is a fact and reality. If anyone says so and so could jave done better can he prove it and can you disprove it? Thats my point its totally irellevant because it doesnt match reality!

2007 Broadcast Code of the Philippines

Article 6. CRIME AND CRISIS SITUATIONS

Sec. 1. The coverage of crimes in progress or crisis situations such as hostage-taking or kidnapping shall not put lives in greater danger than what is already inherent in the situation. Such coverages should be restrained and care should be taken so as not to hinder or obstruct efforts of authorities to
    resolve the situation.

Sec. 2. A coverage should avoid inflicting undue shock and pain to families and loved ones of victims of crimes, crisis situations, disasters, accidents, and other tragedies.

And Another unfortunate happen is dat Malacanang Blame sa Previous Administration after the end of the Bloody Hostage Drama

Same here... Dili supporter ni Noy2x but putting the blame all on his shoulder is radical.

IMHO, as I deeply voice out in this thread, it was the system that failed... PNP has its share, Media has its share, the civilians in the area has its share, and even the executive body (Pres. Office) has its share...

But the one that should be dealt accordingly are the people who run the show, our PNP.

You try to imagine, if that sweep/assault went into success, I wonder how these people in the "blame game" reacts...

Peace! get over it... accept the facts that our Police force isn't prepared, isn't equipped and bottom line is incompetent....

Mao lagi na, speculation ra ni tanan. IF it was a success. Emphasis is IF. Let's discuss reality...

Wala man gud tay concept sa command responsibility, pero let's give you that argument, nga dili jud sad-an si Noynoy sa crisis. What about after sa crisis? Wala siya motubag sa phone call sa iyahang counterpart.. dili gihapon siya responsible ana? Unsa may mahitabo sa atong nasud kung ingon ani ta, pirmi lang nato siya tagaan og pasaylo. Unsa man siya bata o presidente?

YouTube - Erwin Tulfo's Conversation With Capt. Rolando Mendoza Before He Got Shot

karon lang ko kita ani nga clip... and very disappointed dyud kaayo ko sa atong PNP.

may it be that naa kaha sila gitagoan.. and they wanted to kill the hostage taker at the first place? i mean.. why arrest his brother at the first place? nindot man dyud kaha to ang labas sa negotiations. or hadlod ang police mangawas ang tinuod...

Even our supposed to be PNP EXPERTS , flopped .

Unsay labot intawn sa presidente sa pag kordon oi ?
    expert?
Expert - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

is someone widely recognized as a reliable source of technique or skill whose faculty for judging or deciding rightly, justly, or wisely is accorded authority and status by their peers or the public in a specific well-distinguished domain.

    flopped?

    experts don't flop.

    only newbies does..

its a simple mis-management of skilled pool.

why the hell wud they use the under trained and equipment swat when they have the better trained and better equipped SAF?

they simply did not use their head and their logic.

    an EPIC FAIL.

if magbitay is grilled..i apil pud unta nila ang mga mis-adviser ni P'Noy.

thinkTANKs should have foreseen this coming

I also noticed , di ba kaha mga pics na ni circulate mga PHOTOSHOPPED na pictures ? Ngano everytime na naay pic , apil man jud ang naay tigkuha sa pic pod ? Same angle also ang pirme makuha ..

Anyways ... whjy is it still hard for people to understand that even if PNOY is the bottomline of all , yes we all know that becaus ehe is the commander in chief but you dont expect him to be there negotiating , operating , assaulting , placing and establishing safety perimeter etc maski semento pa na ang gi kordon ninyo layaton ra gihapon na sa mga CHISMOSO ug CHISMOSA . Point is , on top sa pag incompetent sa PNP , wala silay saktong training sa crowd control .

That is NOY2 fault right ?
Bro during sa Ondoy ug Maguindanao Massacre ang mga Yellow Brigade Blame Gibo and GMA ... unya karon ug e critisize ang kapalpakan sa Pnoy admin mangasuko ... weather2x lang gud ....

Some countries esp. in the west, professional hostage negotiators jud... They can scale the hostage taker emotionally, psychologically.

And they decide whether to take him down by lethal force. Sa ato diri, si Cong., si Sen., si News Anchor, si Mayor or bsan kinsa, pwede...

Pun-an pa sa pagkapolpol sa atong pulisya...

Ang resulta, 9 dead, international reputation was messed up, and an uprising threat to our OFWs.....
