naka apply ko ani last week, abot me ngadto 9.30 sa gabiie ky giignan man me before 10pm so nahuman ang process ky hapit najud 4pm..kapoy huwata lagi hinuon applicant manta dont have the right to complain, apply ko as chat or email support, wla nman hiring daw, unyaang mag final interview sa cellphone ra taga manila dili pajud me magdungog anwz ipa outbound sales ko ana ko murag lisud ang learning curve nko ana ky no experince ko sales...ang process nila ky exam, interview then final interview..ang final interview lagi ky sa celphone rajud, manawag ang taga manila sa cellphone sa usa sa mga hr sa cebu...hehehhe gamay pa kaayo ang naa didto nga agent maihap ra as of now murag 50-50 ang stability sa companya sa ako panan aw

ug sa dihang gi tawagan ko nila while at work!! maau kay lunch break to so ok ra...

anyway wla nlng ko ni dayon kay i was having fun with my previous company... although it sucked coz the account i was at eventually fell.. and so i had to leave

anyway... i learned a couple of things from that call... here are a few details

LWS media originated in manila, their previous name was PEOPLETALK. their first hub outside manila is CEBU and they changed their name to LWS Media. i think this is due to a merger or some sort of new management/shares.
they were offering me a position for outbound sales and their offer was promising... to top it all... its not commission based... its basic pay + mandatory add'tls by law + commission for sales...
sounds promising but pretty unstable considering they just started last may

Hala, nakalimot gyud q kon LWS batong akong g applyan... SOmeone called me mangud Skyrise2 gihapon ilaha ofc pero 6th flor nuon toh.. wako ka clear sa company name .. bsta naay S sa last pod... like LWS or EGS.ECS bato? ambot oi... i really forgot gyud....bsta gi schedule q supose to be ysterday but wala q katunga.. nagpa re-sked lang q this coming tuesday kay HOLIDAY man way work then sila work man daw.hehehehe... adtuon nq.. any latest feedbacks from this company.. kabantay ko morag nanaghan sla... den naa pd koy nadunggan nga ihatag daw sa ilaha tanan sweldo sila ra ang pabayron sa SSS personally. i dont know if its true, nadunggan lng nko... correct me if im wrong lng naa mn koy kaila gd dha magkadungan mi usahay sa elevator.
