dunno whats wrong with it.. its been doing that since 1yr old i think.. or maybe earlier.. ok napud baya ang ako vcard ky ako na gpalitan.. some says maybe its my motherboard.. can any1 tell me how to ressolve the problem..?

post hardware specs.
have you tried a different monitor?
if different monitor has same issue then the problem is your video card

new jud ako monitor hasta vid card.. ingon ani man japon ni xa before wala pa g.ilisan ang monitor..

clean uninstall sa drivers. then install balik. also check updates.

What is your monitor? CRT or LCD? if CRT naka encounter kog similar ana before. Technically sa monitor ang issue.
